February 13, 2025, remains a memorable day for Lagos Pilgrims in Israel. They started their spiritual journey with a serene boat cruise on the Sea of Galilee, filled with praises, sermons, and prayers.

The pilgrims with joy and enthusiasm hoisted the Nigerian flag alongside the Israeli flag and proudly sang the Nigerian National Anthem.

According to a release by Adeola Olagoke, the Director Media and Public Affairs,Lagos State Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board, other iconic sites visited the same day include Mount Tabor, where the Transfiguration of Jesus took place. The Mount of Beatitudes and Capernaum the City of Jesus, where pilgrims prayed for divine healing.

Highlight of the day was a colourful ceremony at Tabar Hotel, Nazareth, where pilgrims received certificates honouring them as Jerusalem Pilgrims (JP).
