She spoke with Gracious Akintayo on the fellowship and other sundry issues during the 8th edition of Daughters of Zion Interdenominational Fellowship International Conference, themed: “Women Ordained for Exploits”, held in Lagos. Excerpt:
How would you describe the DOZIF 2025 International Conference?

I sincerely thank God for the success of Daughters of Zion Interdenominational Fellowship (DOZIF) 2025 International Conference, and for bringing people across the globe to participate in this eighth edition. There are people from the USA, from Uganda, Kenya, Ghana, and around Nigeria, who attend. I feel grateful and fulfilled for the accomplishment of the assignment God delivered to me. Now the Commission is becoming bigger and getting international attention.
What is your message to women about DOZIF?

The Daughters of Zion Interdenominational Fellowship is a calling. I’ve always headed the Department of Women in our independent ministry, God’s Way International Christian Church (GICC).
For 15 years after our marriage, we trusted God for fruit of the womb, and I made a vow to God that if He take away the reproach of barrenness away from me, I will take the women department in the church beyond our independent ministry, and God fulfilled His promise by giving us children, not a child. And when the children came, it was clear that I will be a witness to God in Jerusalem, to Judea, to Samaria, and also the utmost part of the earth.

That people from different nations participated in the 2025 conference confirmed what God told me from the beginning and I am grateful to God. What I will say to women, and men, is that, if God called you for any assignment, wait on the Lord, focus on the Him, and hold onto the one who called you, at the fullness of time, His promise and the proof of His call will manifest in your life and area of your calling. For, it is they that know the Lord their God, that shall be strong and do exploit.

For those who are confused, discouraged, in doubt, frustrated, or depressed, they should know God, if He has committed any work into their hands, the work will manifest, and if they depend on the One who gave the assignment, they should wait for their time and season because everyone has their time and season. It is vague to think you have a good education, you are smart, or have a good family background. If God is not in it, it may look as if it’s working, but it will end-up in failure because, by strength shall no man prevail. Human strength will not make the things of God to work, it is depending on Him, and He will take over everything and work them out to the glory and praises of His name.

What is your opinion concerning Nigerian women and the conference’ theme?

The theme, women ordained for exploits, is saying that no one is ordained to fail. The original plan of God for us is to dominate, and have dominion in every area of life -in the ministry, career development, business success, family growth, or parenting. Wherever you have a responsibility as a child of God, and a believer, the mandate on you is to make exploits because God is taking you by His hand, He knows where He is leading and taking you to; to have the required strategy, idea, and wisdom needed to succeed.

What determines the direction of DOZIF?
The conference had participants from Uganda who first went to participate in the one billion soul crusade that ended in South Korea on the 4th, they left South Korea on the 5th, and arrived Lagos, Nigeria on the 6th for the conference that starts on the 7th. They were not coerced to finish in South Korea and be coming to Nigeria. It means, God did not ordain anyone to fail. He will compel the heart of people to be part of what He is doing in your life. Like a moving river, God decides which direction it flows, allowing God to decide the direction everything He has committed into your hand will make it flow.

What is your advice to Nigerian women?
As a woman, even as a man, youth, or single, let us depend on God because His original plan is for us to do exploit, He did not create, or ordained anyone to fail, if we are willing and obedient to seek God in whatever we are trusting Him for, we will eat the good of it.

Daughters of Zion didn’t start with a crowd, we started in obedience to the call, and here’s where it has brought us today. Every woman trusting God for success in life should wait on God. Also for men, they should learn that, they that wait upon the Lord, they shall renew their strength. They will mount up their wings as eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, they will not faint because God is with them.

Where do you expect DOZIF to be in five years time?

Like every vision with a purpose and mission, DOZIF has a goal with a drive, and that goal is unfolding to achieve it’s purpose. With what God is doing now, the next five years is going to be great with more global attention, impact, and influence. No doubt God has strategically positioned DOZIF to accomplish the purpose of not just assigning women for a role, but given them assignment to fulfill and occupy till the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

What is your advice for young ladies of today?
Young ladies of today, should know God and be committed to Him, and He will make their ways pleasant. They should not see everything that is glitter as gold, but should seek God first, as a good God. They should purge and sanctify themselves into the good works, that they may qualify for the important benefits from the Kingdom investments.
