“Never Marry A Man Without These Qualities” – Pastor Paul Adefarasin Tells Ladies

The General Overseer of “House On The Rock Church,” Pastor Paul Adefarasin has revealed two quality things every lady must look out for in a man before they agree to marry him.

Adefarasin implored ladies to look out for a man with vision and a roadmap for the vision. “Women, when you want to marry, choose a man on the premise of his vision and mission, something that you can rely on, come under and be secured with. Don’t just look at his good looks, his physical pocket, how nice he looks and how nice he talks. But how can you submit and be a support to his vision? If he doesn’t have a vision, you have no business marrying him.  If he doesn’t have a mission and it’s not clear that he has a roadmap for the vision, don’t go near him. Because, a man without a vision and mission in life, is a man without a purpose. Never marry a man without these two things, a vision and a roadmap for the vision,” he said.

He also revealed two important questions every serious minded lady should ask a man who approached them for marriage. “One of the first things you should ask a man who is trying to woo you is, ‘Where are you going? What is your plan in life and what did you plan to do with your life? Because as you are looking at him today, you’re looking at a guy who may not be there yet but you have to know where he is planning to go, because in suiting you, he is soliciting a helpmeet that will help him with his vision and mission. So, what is his mission? You need to know as a lady to help you plan and focus with him,” Adefarasin said.

Pastor Adefarasin added that submission in a marriage is non-negotiable but a lady has to choose who she will submit to. “Ladies, you have the right of who you choose to submit to and if he’s not going anywhere and doesn’t know where to go or doesn’t have a compass guiding him, don’t go near him, much more planning to submit to him,” he said.
