NACLFON Sets for Historic National Prayer and Thanksgiving Summit

The National APC Christian Leaders Forum of Nigeria (NACLFON) is gearing up to host a groundbreaking nationwide prayer and thanksgiving summit, mobilising thousands of its members across the country for the All People’s Congress (APC).

According to a statement signed by the National Publicity Secretary, Prophet Olalere Fagbola, the National President, Professor Peter Abraham, at a general meeting with all members of the body, has drawn up a 12-member Planning Committee for the successful implementation of the programme.

The summit, themed “Renewed Hope Agenda for Nigeria,” will kick off on November 22, 2025, with a mega prayer and thanksgiving summit through to the first two weeks of December 2025. He called on the NACLFON members to continue praying for the nation during the already commenced nationwide special intercessory prayer.

While commiserating with bereaved members and praying for the reposed souls of their loved ones, Professor Abraham said the special intercessory prayer is a way to mobilise Christians across the country for the APC Party, and in recent weeks, NACLFON have been building up activities with a significant journey of uniting Christians for national transformation under the APC’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

Recalling that, successful prayer summits had been held in some states where hundreds of NACLFON members sought God’s mercy and healing for the nation, the National President, Professor Peter Abraham, called on Christians, Church leaders, and gospel ministers, irrespective of their denominations, not to abdicate their civic and social responsibility.
