LIMA Promises New Generation Of Christian Leaders 

The Leadership International Ministerial Academy (LIMA) a non denominational faith based Christian organization dedicated to equipping leaders and ministries for global kingdom impact and equipping the everyday believer in the things of God through purposeful teaching, empowering, networking and training anointed men (labourers) for the Last Day’s global Kingdom Ministry’s impact and advancement.

The organization, officially inaugurated in the year 2020 as an accredited Ministerial Academy, is mandated to fulfill the commandment of the Lord Jesus Christ according to Matthew 24:14.

According to the International President of the body, Apostle Dr. Emmanuel Etuk, LIMA promised to raise a new generation of Christian leaders around the world through in depth revelation and knowledge of the word of God.

“This means a lot to us, to see people progress in their walk with God through adequate knowledge, revelation and understanding of the word of God”, he said.

Apostle Emmanuel Etuk made this known during the 2024 Graduation/Award Ceremony of the 3rd cohort of the academy held recently at the Chapel of Christ, The Light Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.

“What we do at LIMA is to make sure we equip the everyday believer with the adequate knowledge of God’s word, how to live his life and also how to lead his generation. That’s our force, our strength and what we intend to accomplish” he said.

Dr. Etuk admonished graduates and awardees to go out and continue impacting their generation for good through the practice of all they have learned at the academy. “We didn’t just give our life to Christ to be normal citizens. We gave our life to Christ to be a leader”, he said.

Dear graduates and honorary doctorate awardees, you were handpicked based on the principles of merits and have profited from our colorful context, learned to appreciate diversity with the happiness to have made friends from round the world. Today we bid you farewell, and thank you for your contributions to LIMA. You are our best ambassadors. Spread the word that LIMA is a good place to be and be assured, you will find open doors whenever you pass by. We want to stay in touch”, he further admonished.

In his contribution, the International Vice President of the academy, Rev Rakem Singh expressed the desire of the academy to raise a new breed of leaders.

“LIMA is committed to raising a new breed and a new genre of leaders  that will impact and empower the world through their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and cause God’s kingdom to be established on the earth”.

“We are living in the most pivotal times and an organization like ours needs to play a pivotal role because there are very few organizations that are committed to developing and leaving a lasting legacy” he stated.

Speaking earlier on behalf of the graduates, the International Dean of Studies, Amb. Dr. Irene Udofa-Essien described LIMA as a home and an academy for pastors, church leaders and everyday Christians where leadership knowledge is acquired.

“LIMA is not just an academy where knowledge is acquired but a home to support pastors, church leaders and Christians. LIMA serves people, it grounds you on effective communication and on how to build a vibrant church, manages your finances and teaches you how to stop religious conflicts” she said.

She urged the graduates and awardees to look forward to the future with excitement and readiness to face new challenges, continue learning and make a positive impact in the society around them and the world at large.
