GO Movement Nigeria is a Catalyst for Church to Evangelize the Gospel – Dr. Andrew Oladepo

The national coordinator of GO Movement in Nigeria, Dr. Andrew Isiaka Oladepo has called on churches and church leaders in Nigeria not to neglect the major commission and mandate of every believer to GO into every nook and cranny of the world to preach the gospel of Christ to people.

Dr. Oladepo made this call while speaking on the activities and plans of GO Movement Nigeria great gospel explosion 2024 to challenge the church and the body of Christ in Nigeria to take evangelism more importantly and seriously than any other activities.

The movement which has no denominational affiliation but envisioned every believer as a witness with everyone to reach someone and together to reach the world, is to serve as a catalyst to awaken the church for evangelism and collaboration for the fulfillment of the great commission. “The majority of people around our community do not know the wonderful salvation that is available through Jesus Christ, they face Christless eternity and that is tragic. For this, God is counting on the church and Christians to take over the land with the gospel”, he explained.

Considering the complexity of Christianity in Nigeria and the society factor, Oladepo said, “If over 100 million Christians carry the burden for souls then hell will be depopulated fast and the society will be transformed.”

Dr. Oladepo appealed to church leaders and Christians across the country to be a witness to Jesus and make a goal to intensify evangelism reaching out to every person on Earth with the gospel by year 2033.

“Church leaders should begin to mandate the great commission among their members and teach their congregation on how to begin an outreach conversation and preach the Gospel”, Oladepo stated.

Other activities for the successful implementation of the GO movement Great Gospel Explosion 2024 include training conference, capacity building, intercession and consultation with Kingdom Advancement Mobilization Summit, theme, “Do the Work of an Evangelist” and hold on Saturday 11 May, 2024 at Wonders of God Church, Osapa London, Lekki-Epe Express road, Lagos.
