Nigerian Christian Pilgrims in Israel Celebrate First Lady Sen. Oluremi Tinubu’s 65th Birthday
Nazareth, Israel – A group of 340 Nigerian Christian pilgrims currently in Israel for the NCPC 2025 delayed Easter Pilgrimage exercise gathered at the Tabar Tours Hotel in Nazareth to celebrate the 65th birthday anniversary of First Lady Sen. Oluremi Tinubu.

The event was marked with prayers, a birthday cake cutting ceremony, and the awarding of Jerusalem Pilgrims Certificates. The pilgrims converged to pray for God’s faithfulness and gift of longevity for the First Lady of Nigeria.
According to a release by Celestine Toruka, the Deputy Director and Head of Media Relations, Mr. Ezekiel Ikwe, Charge d’Affaires of the Nigerian Embassy in Israel, congratulated the First Lady on her birthday and wished her good health and wisdom as she supports President Bola Tinubu.

Rev. Dr. Sampson Jonah, Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) North Central Zone, paid tribute to the First Lady, describing her as the “Esther of this generation” and praying for her continued success and well-being.
Wisam Tabar, Chairman of Tabar Tours, and Shadia Tour General Manager, as well as the Chairman and General Manager of SkyRise Travel Agency, also congratulated the First Lady and wished her a happy birthday.

The pilgrims offered prayers for the First Lady’s continued health and well-being, as well as for President Bola Tinubu’s good health and the prosperity of Nigeria.
Earlier on, the NCPC Boss, Bishop Stephen Adegbite has extolled the virtues of the First Lady Sen Oluremi Tinubu on her 65th birthday.

He described her as a quintessential leader, a pacesetter, the first First Lady in the history of the nation who is a Distinguished Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the first to occupy the exalted office as an ordained Minister of God.
Bishop Adegbite emphasized that posterity will be kind to her for her invaluable contributions to the growth of this nation especially in this current democratic dispensation.
“Your unwavering support to Mr President is palpable even to the blind”, and as a rare gem, a woman of candor and capacity, “Your love for humanity, the less privileged women and children is contagious and uncanny”, he said.
