NCPC TO AIRLIFT LAST BATCH OF INTENDING CHRISTIAN PILGRIMS ON 20TH MARCH
The Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC) has announced that it will airlift the last batch of intending Christian pilgrims to Israel and Jordan on 20th March, 2025. This will be the 13th batch to be airlifted since the commencement of the 2024 Main Pilgrimage Exercise on 22nd December, 2024.
The Executive Secretary of the NCPC, Bishop Stephen Adegbite, made this announcement during a prayer devotion at the Commission’s Chapel in Abuja on Thursday, 13th March, 2025.
According to a release by Celestine Toruka the Deputy Director and Head, Media and Public Relations, Bishop Adegbite expressed excitement over the successful airlift of the 12th batch of Christian pilgrims, who departed from the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, on 12th March 2025, for Israel and Jordan. He announced that the 12th batch of Christian pilgrims arrived safely in Amman, Jordan, in the early hours of Thursday.
The NCPC boss expressed gratitude to God for the success recorded so far since the commencement of the 2024 Main Pilgrimage Exercise. He urged Nigerians to continue praying for President Bola Tinubu and the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, as well as the success of the President’s reformation programmes for Nigeria.

“I urge you all to continue praying for the success of Mr. President’s reformation programmes for Nigeria. The best is yet to come,” Bishop Adegbite said.
He expressed optimism that by the time the President crystallizes his plans for Nigeria, the country will be better for it.
