It is an instruction from God. If you want to excel in the new year, you must have the power of dominion to dominate, including over your finances.
Some people have money, but they don’t have control over it. When money comes into their hands, they start spending unnecessarily.
I will give you the solution to what you need to do.
It is not that God didn’t make provision for you, but from now on, when money comes, you won’t be spending it unnecessarily anymore.
In 2025, the Lord wants you to dominate. He wants you to be in charge of your house, business, marriage, and everything that has to do with people.
When you are in charge, you will be successful, others will not influence your business and you will not operate under the influence of alcohol. You will have self-control and discipline. Lack of self-control and discipline brings destruction when you are not in charge.
Many lives were destroyed in 2024 due to a lack of self-control and discipline. What does the Bible say about dominion? Dominion is an old-fashioned and sound biblical word meaning having the power to rule. An example is a king having dominion over his kingdom.
Dominion is not to rule over other people but to have authority over situations, including physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, and others.
God gave man dominion from the beginning, but man lost what God gave him. I want you to know that God did not say, ‘When you want to be fruitful, consult or ask Me.’ He commanded man to be fruitful. Genesis 1:28 says, ‘And God said unto them, Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over every living thing that moves upon the earth.’ 
If you want to be successful in the new year 2025, you need the power of dominion to dominate.
You can control your money when you are in charge of your finances and say, ‘I will not lack any good thing,’ and it will be so. Because the word of the Lord says, ‘We shall decree a thing, and it shall be established.’
Brethren, in 2025, for you to be successful, you need to have physical, spiritual, material, and financial dominion in every area of your life.
Anyone standing against your dominion, no matter the person’s status, as God wills, shall suddenly crumble and fall.
In 1 Samuel 17, David stood before Goliath with a sling and a stone, he killed him without using a sword but with a sling to hit him on the head with a stone, and with that, he dominated over him.
Declarations: 
After entering the new year, anyone fighting a Goliath on their way to progress and growth shall defeat their Goliaths in Jesus’ name.
The sword in Goliath’s hand is what David used to cut off his head. Any sword the enemy throws at you, God will turn it around against them, in the name of Jesus.
After entering the new year, every strong man standing in your way or sitting on what belongs to you, the arrow of God shall befall them, and they shall never get up again, in the name of Jesus.
A small boy killed a giant and defeated Goliath. As you enter the new year, every giant standing against you shall be defeated, in the name of Jesus.
The second dominion is victorious, and the overcomer can save other people. In the new year, you shall overcome every situation that comes your way, you shall save several others and dominate, in the name of Jesus.
Warning for the year 2025: 
1. Do not disobey God’s instruction because He will not be happy with disobedience. (1 Samuel 15:2-3) God gave instruction to Saul to utterly destroy the Amalekites, but he disobeyed God and carried out people’s instructions in obedience to their voice (v7-9).
2. God is saying you should stop every act of disgracefulness. If you engage in any act of disgracefulness, I cannot guarantee what will befall you, (v23).
“Do not let me be ashamed, O Lord, for I have called upon You; Let the wicked be ashamed; Let them be silent in the grave,” (Psalm 31: 17).
