Nigeria Needs the Finger of God to Survive – Pastor Isaac Hungbeme
The General Overseer of Cornerstone Gospel Global Christian Centre, Igbogbo in Ikorodu area of Lagos State, Pastor Isaac Hungbeme has made it known that the present challenges confronting Nigeria’s society and economic situation bedeviling the country are beyond human capacity and solution. They require the finger of God for a lasting solution, and the expected peace to reign.
In his welcome address read by Pastor Oluwaseyi Stephen, to the participants and members of the church during their annual Solution Fire Conference, Pastor Isaac Hungbeme said, the conference is not just an event or another church programme, but an orchestrated divine appointment where every participants will be empowered, transformed, and equipped to carry the fire of God’s solution into our world.
The present situation in Nigeria, and the world at large, is beyond any government policy and strategy put in place. The arms of flesh have failed us, sensual ideology has confused us, and human abilities have disappointed us, with the entire world now facing turmoil and crises. What we need for our solution is the finger of God that transforms, empowers, and equips us with the tools for salvation, deliverance, healing, and divine intervention through the Finger of God.
He called on Nigerians to open their hearts and minds to the acceptance of the Holy spirit through prayer, since the finger of God has always been a symbol of His authority, deliverance, and the manifestation of His will.
Quoting from the scripture, Pastor Hungbeme charged the participants to see every session of the conference as channels of renewal and instrument of God’s power.
He highlighted divine intervention, renewed faith, empowerment, and unity as unique expectations from the conference.
Other speakers at the conference include Rev. Segun Ehinmisan, Pastor Godspower Iyama, Prophet Godwin Orobose, and Pastor Yemi Akinpelu, also, Tope Flourish and Tope Efe minister in songs with the church choir.
