Glorious Home Going of Pastor Taiwo Odukoya – By Gracious Akintayo 

The late founding pastor of Fountain of Life Church (FOLC), Ilupeju, Lagos was yesterday in emotion laden tributes given a befitting burial as he was bade farewell by beloved family, friends, followers and church members as his remains was laid to rest at a private cemetery in Lagos.

Bishop David Abioye of Living Faith Church (Winners Chapel) minister during the well attended burial service held at the Fountain of Life Church, Ilupeju, Lagos. Bishop Abioye described Pastor Taiwo Odukoya as a man of integrity, strong character and charisma.

Also speaking at the service, his son, Pastor Jimmy Odukoya described his late father as a generational model, teacher, counselor, pastor and a father who maximized his lifespan and potentials to the benefit of human beings and the kingdom service.

Pastor Taiwo Odukoya passed on to glory Monday, August 7, 2023 at the age of 67 years after an undisclosed illness. He and his late first wife, Pastor Bimbo Odukoya of Single and Married fame, founded Fountain of Life Church. Five years after the death of his first wife in the ill fated Sosoliso plane crash, he remarried to a South African, Pastor Nomthi, who also passed on two years ago after a protracted battle with cancer.

Left to mourn him are his 5 biological children, many spiritual children and followers around the world.
