EXAMINE YOURSELF: ARE YOU A VESSEL OF LUCIFER? By Dr Priscilla Otuya
THE DIVINE WARNING
It is written: “Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?” (2 Corinthians 13:5).
Now the Spirit says: Examine yourself whether you have not become a vessel of Lucifer.
“If a man therefore purges himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.” (2 Timothy 2:21)
THE REALITY OF PAIN
Yes, you were traumatized.
Yes, you were hurt, bruised, and broken.
Yes, your parents deserted you.
Yes, your lovers betrayed you.
Yes, your friends abandoned you.
All of this pain was real. You felt it deeply – your heart was shattered, your spirit crushed.
“The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.” (Psalm 34:18)
But the Spirit asks you today: What has that pain produced in you?
THE DANGEROUS SHIFT
Here is the truth many dare not tell you: The same vessel that was once wounded can become a weapon in the hands of darkness.
Without healing, without surrender, without the purging of the cross – you become the very instrument that inflicts the pain you once suffered.
“For of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.” (2 Peter 2:19)
“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy…” (John 10:10a)
Through you, Lucifer now advances his agenda.
* Gaslighting
* Manipulation
* Triangulation
* Mirroring
* Deception
You may have become a master in this dark art. You may even cloak it in charm, intelligence, or religion. But beneath it all, Satan is using you to spread the same poison that once nearly destroyed you.
“And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.” (2 Corinthians 11:14)
THE CERTAINTY OF HARVEST
Hear this: “Be not deceived, God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” (Galatians 6:7).
There is always a PD – a Purging Day, a Payday, a Pending Day.
Two paths lie before you:
1. You rot in hell after death. Eternal separation from God, everlasting torment. (Revelation 20:15)
2. Or you lie on your sickbed, begging for your life. Death will withhold itself until your soul is purged of what you sowed into others. (Job 33:19-22)
Your victims may and will cry now, but your wailing day is sure. The only difference is time.
“Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him.” (Isaiah 3:11)
THE HOPE OF REDEMPTION
Yet – even now – there is mercy.
The blood of Jesus still speaks a better word than your wounds, your sins, and your manipulation.
“Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” (Isaiah 1:18)
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:9)
“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” (John 10:10b)
The same Jesus who carried your pain on the cross is the only One who can heal your heart and break Lucifer’s hold on your vessel.
THE CALL
Therefore, examine yourself. Repent now. Return to the Lord with tears and truth. Seek God now, seek help. Choose life, not death. Choose cleansing, not corruption.
“Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near.” (Isaiah 55:6)
“Today if ye hear his voice, harden not your hearts.” (Hebrews 3:15)
